Thanks to Advanced Fertility and all of the wonderful staff and Dr Larson, my partner and I will be welcoming a baby this year. The IUI process was simple and everyone was very straight forward with us. We were one of the lucky ones to get pregnant on the first attempt and I believe it was Dr Larson and his staff that made that happen for us. Both Glendale and Scottsdale locations were amazing. Would 100% recommend and plan on going to them for our next baby as well.

On January 16th of 2024 I was scheduled an HSG test at that clinic, that was the second time we had scheduled a test, the first one was at the chandler location and they canceled last minute after we had confirmed couple of hours before, they called to ask if we wanted a consultation we declined, we only wanted to start with HSG, thats why we suspect that it was canceled because they wanted to make more money, i asked why and they stated that the doctor had to make changes, after I took the day off. We decided to schedule at the scottsdale location instead, my husband and I were frustrated but still decided to give it a chance, we had some reservations bececause to us it felt like they were about mobey. We have insurance, we scheduled the appointment at the scottsdale location , we didn't want to pay over $300 for a consultation, at first we were focused on the HSG test and go from there. We spoke with them more than 5 times to make sure we wouldn't have bill surprises. The HSG test out of pocket cost is 460.00, we verified and have sone of these conversations as well, something didn't seem right, they kept on saying insurance didn't verify insurance, we kept on calling to make sure, they stated that it's the beginning of the year and it could take a while, but told me to come anyways pay $460.00 and if all is good with insurance they would reimburse me the rest, we felt something wasn't right we called our insurance company and told them what was happening, they offered to call advenced fertility care and work with them to verify, advance fertility care declined and said they couldn't do it because they were behind with their paperwork. On the 16 of January I did the HSG test, no consultation just the test, I spoke to front desk again about verification they told me not to worry, for 3 weeks I called and they finally told me not to call and wait for them, well I received a funny bill, one is $328, $560, of course we were upset hopping they would fix it. But with an attitude I was told we have to pay that bill, the woman on billing department told me they're charging us what insurance allows them and I didn't sign the paper stating that I was paying 460.00, but I don't work there neither does my husband, they never told us to sign that and didn't explain anything to us, we contacted them to make sure we were covered, they new what they were doing, she stated that were paying for the test Hsg, and the facility? At first it was consultation fee that we declined. We are grateful for electronics devices because they record calls. Our goal is not to make the clinic look bad bit to make sure they don't mislead others. Be careful with your bill and keep copies of everything, it's not fair to us trying to conceived and having to deal with that type of stress and misleading bills. The room was very clean ,the people that did the test on me were excellent to me, she was very kind, that why I hate to write this review, we will gladly remove it as soon the situation is settled.

I'm grateful for the experience I had with Advanced Fertility from start to finish! My sister recommended them to me as I started my journey with egg freezing. I was a nervous wreck for months before I could actually commit to it, and at each stage, I felt that the office was available to me, especially my navigator, Noellia, who was wonderful. During my first foray into egg freezing, I suffered from some extreme emotions, and it is amazing how Advanced Fertility was able to connect me with a therapist specializing in fertility to discuss my concerns. When I came back to resume treatment after taking a short break, they were ready for me and I was ready for them. Every appointment was prompt, professional, and good bedside manner from all of the attending practitioners. Allison was so sweet and a very calming presence. The communication on the portal is so clear and detailed, I had options to finance the treatment (very affordably through Ally lending), also was introduced to a concierge nurse service to help me administer injections (KEY for me, I'm terrified of needles), easy communication with the prescribing pharmacy, great communication with my navigator, and just the feeling that, with all of the unknowns and questions that you WILL have, that I was corresponding with extremely knowledgeable and professional staff. Office staff, medical staff, lab staff, etc. For the procedure itself, Angie was such a doll, and Tara and Heather. Dr. Larsen is great and definitely saw me at some of my most emotional moments but handled things with professionalism and kindness. I would highly recommend this group to anyone facing any fertility concerns now or in the future, it is a great team, and I have nothing but good things to say both about the outcome as well as the level of service provided.

The team here is beyond amazing. They have been so helpful with my fertility journey. They are always available to answer questions and make me feel comfortable. Highly recommend!

THEY ARE AMAZING!!! I absolutely love this clinic and everyone who works here! Being a lesbian couple, we were nervous trying to find a fertility clinic for us.. they made us feel so comfortable right away! They are so caring and sweet! I definitely recommend this place!! && Dr. Z is the man!! Nicest doctor I have ever met! I would give them a 100 stars if I could!
