Deciding to have a child is a big decision. There are plenty of emotions and stressed involved. If you want to add unnecessary stress and hardship to this journey, Aspire Fertility is the clinic for you. I’ll spare the details and get to the point. Aspire requires you to work through a case/account manager. Ours was Kathy. Kathy should be fired. After our initial IUI session, unfortunately we found out we were not pregnant. We got no follow up, no next steps and no communication at all from aspire. Imagine the flurry of questions and thoughts in your head with no one to speak with. We called at least 10 times over the last 4 weeks. Absolutely nothing. The office staff simply said Kathy would get back to us. Kathy never did. We tried to talk to the doctor. We tried to schedule another appointment. We tried to request info. They all said nothing could happen if it wasn’t through Kathy. They’d apologize and tell us she’d get back to us… never did. It wasn’t until we tried to go to another fertility clinic that the hermit Kathy crawled out of her cave when we called. Unapologetically, she said that Aspire changed their process and we now handle things through the portal as if this is as well known as driving on the right side of the road. On top of that it’s another 5 weeks before we can see a doctor and they act as if it’s our fault. If you want to have a child and work with a facility that cares about their patients, literally any other facility is a huge upgrade from Aspire. This is a huge life decision and I deeply regret trusting these people with help. We’ve heard through friends that Texas fertility clinic is great. If you look at any of their bad reviews, they copy and paste the same response, which is “if you wish to discuss further give us a call”. Most of the bad reviews include the inability to contact the people we need to talk to, and your public response is to tell that person to give you a call. This place needs all new admin staff. Update -- Despite STILL having not spoken to a single person regarding our fertility treatment (we're not able to get in until June) they CHARGED US for a virtual consult!! I cannot believe how poorly run this place is. We're honestly stuck with these people and it's a nightmare. Another clinic said it would be a huge delay to start all over. I deeply regret getting involved with this clinic. This has been an awful experience, and we have still not received any support, help, or even an explanation from them.

I had a terrible experience 2 years ago where i wasn’t informed well and not enough eggs were retrieved and now when I called to enquire about a second round of freezing and had questions about the same. The nurse- Jenna was ridiculously rude. I’d like the management to look at people they hire as fertility is not a joke and people would appreciate being treated well esp if they are paying you top dollars!

Despite having invested over $30,000 in loans and payments towards my treatment, I have encountered considerable difficulties in obtaining clear and concise explanations regarding how my funds have been applied. For the past 2 1/2 months, I have attempted to resolve these issues through numerous messages in their patient portal, as instructed by their team, yet my queries remain unanswered. Further, telephone inquiries have only resulted in a promised review period of an additional two weeks. This lack of financial transparency and the delay in communication are highly stressful and entirely unacceptable in a professional setting. I am left feeling extremely frustrated with the administrative aspect of Aspire Fertility, which starkly contrasts the high quality of clinical care provided. This situation needs urgent attention to improve customer satisfaction and trust.

I highly recommend Aspire! I have had the absolute best experience with both Dr. Prokai & Dr. Kelley's team. The staff was always so helpful and kind. With the wisdom of Aspire, I am now pregnant and I truly cannot say enough about how thankful we are for Aspire fertility!

Ive never written a Google review, but because this clinic specializes in helping people with a very important aspect of their lives, I feel inclined to share my experience. This clinic has been such a disappointment for the past 18 months. I have been exploring egg and embryo freezing since the summer of 2022. My experience with this clinic every step of the way has been the primary reason it's taken me 18 months to decide if I'd like to move forward. While the Dr's are nice and knowledgeable, every other interaction and experience at this clinic is sub-par and insanely frustrating. A few things to name a few.... *They do not answer their phone, there have been times when I've had an appointment and had to leave five voicemails and still no one called me back. It took 8 weeks to get a follow up appointment and after that one, took me 3 weeks just to get a hold of them for next steps. They are asking for $25,000 for this process, and yet no one calls you back, the financial advocate couldn't be bothered to respond to any message. *They force you to talk to them through a portal, but no one else on their side internally can see the history of the conversations. They send different answers to the same question and are inconsistent in their responses. *They are insanely disorganized, no one ever knows who I am, and they never seem like they want to answer my simple questions or are always sending me to someone else... who ALSO doesn't answer their phone. I never met a friendly person at this clinic. It always feels like maybe they don't need my business. *They are NOT transparent at all about fees. This was horribly frustrating after over 12 months of conversations with the doctor. I was very clear about our insurance situation and asked for guidance on a few things. None of my Qs or information were taken into consideration, and they ordered unnecessary tests that resulted in us spending a ton of $ out of pocket. When I finally made a decision to move forward with Embryo & egg freezing, they presented an invoice to me that was 2.5x higher than what we had discussed previously. They give you no breakdown of fees, they charge you for additional tests and the medications separately and they will not let you talk to a nurse or doctor until you're cleared financially. Their financial advocates don't answer any questions and were extremely aggressive with me. I felt they were maxing out a benefit offered to me at work to take advantage of the insurance pay out. I asked to speak with managers, or anyone else to try and give them another chance, but no one ever responded to me. In general, I am someone who can confidently make a decision quickly. The experience with this clinic has dragged out a very important decision in my life for 18 months, and I should have followed my gut a year ago and gone a different direction.
