Tania was super sweet. She took her time to explain everything from previous lab results to future appointments. She answered all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable during the whole appointment.

I have just completed my first IVF cycle and egg retrieval with Aspire. I worked with Dr. Ikhena-Abel (aka Dr. Debo) at the domain location. I wasn’t very knowledgeable or confident in this process when I first went in. However, after meeting with Dr. Debo I felt better about my situation and felt that I truly had a chance at having my 2nd child. Dr. Debo and her team are some of the sweetest people I’ve met. Her name Jasmine is AMAZING!! She handles most of the correspondence to the patients. She always answered my many questions with grace and kindness. Aaliyah (I’m not sure of her title) was the real MVP of my journey. She always had to draw my blood and I’m a VERY difficult stick…I know she hated to see me on the schedule. Nevertheless, she always greeted me with a smile and got the labs she needed. Dr. Debo is very kind and compassionate. She is also very down to earth and is willing to listen to her patients concerns. I know I was in very capable hands throughout my process and it made it very tolerable and lifted a huge wait off my shoulders. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart to Dr. Debo and her team.

I’ve been waiting to leave this review in fear that I might have to use this clinic again to actually do a transfer one day. But after all of the nonsense with their billing department, I would rather use anyone else. Such a shame because Tania and Dr. Prokai are great. The financial advisor, Kathy, is a joke and has no clue what she’s doing. I have now been waiting over a year for my refund. Aspire charged me $3100 upfront before an egg freezing cycle. Insurance paid so much that I actually only owed around $1000. They had access to my insurance coverage and should’ve been able to calculate what I would owe. And for the last 12 months, they have repeatedly dragged their feet, created duplicate claims, refused to send basic clinic notes for claims, anything they could do to ensure that my insurance company couldn’t process everything. Even now, a year later, they’re saying there’s an outstanding claim (there isn’t) and they can’t pay me back until it’s processed. I’ve spent HOURS on the phone with Cigna trying to resolve this. And every time we try to get someone on the phone at Aspire, we can’t….not even a receptionist. The only reason I ever went with them, despite the multitude of Google reviews very similar to mine, is that they were the only clinic close to me in Austin that took Cigna. Huge mistake. Please find another clinic at this incredibly stressful time of your life. I can’t imagine if I had to do multiple retrievals and transfers with them. They would likely have taken a lot of my money. These business practices are criminal. And I’m sure I’m not the only one they’re doing this to. I’m so thankful this is only $2k. I have a suspicion they’re hoarding way more unsuspecting women and families.

While the process can be stressful, it’s great to feel like you’re in good hands. That was my experience with Dr Mansfield and my care team - I felt taken care of at every moment. And it’s even the little things like the person at the front desk remembering my name for check ins and the in person class to let you practice giving yourself shots. Dr Mansfield with her amazing degree of positivity and candor through out the process also made me feel supported even when the process wasn’t going perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I’m glad that I entrusted Aspire Fertility with my journey.

We are currently in the middle of our fertility journey, and I am grateful to have Dr. Prokai guiding us through it. He is incredibly empathetic and patient, always taking the time to get to know us as individuals. He answers all of our questions thoroughly, making sure we fully understand every aspect of the process. What really stands out is how well he communicates with both my husband and me—he has a way of making complex medical details feel accessible and clear. Dr. Prokai is clearly invested in the success of his patients. He is not afraid to adjust protocols if things aren't progressing, showing his dedication to finding the best path forward for us. I feel completely confident in his care and appreciate his commitment to helping us achieve our goal.
