Tell you that Dr. Moghadam is truly a rare Doctor he gives you his personal phone number for emergency, he honest with you, and when becomes his patient he takes care of you. Your not just a number your his patient and Once you get to know him he truly cares for his patients. He is the only doctor at his clinic he runs all the test, does the scan, does surgeries, etc. His staff is amazing as well. I been trying to get pregnant since 2019 but I didn’t start seeing Dr. M until 2022 that when I found out I had to go ivf route because of a damage tube. Unfortunately not being able to get pregnant not his fault it’s me but he hasn’t given up on me. He referred me to a reproductive immunologist so I can run further test that he. Anyways I had to do another egg retrieval. Started preparing for the egg retrieval. I went in for the egg retrieval on Wednesday morning March 12. I woke up from the retrieval in some discomfort thinking it was normal. I was discarded went home the pain and cramp kept getting worse. I been communicating with Dr. M and he eventually told me to go to the Emergency Room. I went in to the er at 7pm. Dr. M was on top of it talking with the Er doctor, having test ran and he called me as well to keep me informed. It was early thursday morning and Dr. M show up at the Er at 3:52am he had me in the OR around 4am was in surgery for 3hr found a ruptured cyst and I was bleeding internally. If it wasn’t for Dr. M taking over when he did I don’t think I be here right now writing this review. I’m forever grateful to Dr. M and all he does for me.

I have been a patient of AFI (off and on) for 7 years. After my first born passed away of a genetic condition, I was desperate for the hope that we could have more children. I visited with Dr M a few months after her passing - knowing I may not be ready for those next steps - but I walked away feeling hope for the first time in a few dark months. I knew when we were ready to explore IVF it would be with Dr M. He encouraged me not to rush, to really process my grief, before beginning a very physically and emotionally taxing process. I have loved ALL his nurses and techs. They are kind, gentle with the tough home calls, and your cheerleader when you need it. We are beyond grateful to Dr M and his staff that now 7 years later I have had 2 healthy children and one more on the way. If you want a brilliant, results-driven physician who really DOES care, this is your place. You won’t feel like a number, like some larger clinics. And how sweet that he hosts a baby reunion each year to celebrate his patients and their growing families!

Dr M was fantastic to work with. He is direct and communicates clearly, and cares for his patients. It was clear to my husband and I he wasn’t just pushing us to the most expensive option, but instead diagnosed me with endometriosis, treated me, and we were blessed to conceive our daughter unassisted after the surgery. His practice is busy, so you may experience some long waits, but that is also the nature of medicine when the doctor has surgeries scheduled as well as taking the time to care for his patients rather than rushing them through. I will continue to recommend AFI to anyone I know who is looking for a fertility specialist!

Where do I even begin when talking about my gratitude for AFI and Dr M. We came to him struggling to have our second child after a diagnosis of diminished egg reserve from a previous doctor. The original clinic was not willing to change protocol, look deeper, and see the picture as a whole. That was NOT the case with Dr M. He walked us through all our options, what he felt confident would work, and we trusted him immediately. He is blunt and to the point but isn’t that what you go to a fertility clinic for? Answers? I sure did. Don’t mistake his direct delivery as a lack of him caring, that is far from the truth. I can confidently say I would refer anyone to Dr M and his staff. We are now expecting our twins on our first IUI cycle with AFI and I can’t thank Dr M enough. He wanted this process to work as much as we did and was thrilled every ultrasound when we say the babies pop up. I will never forget Dr M and his desire to see our family’s dreams of growing happen. If you are struggling with infertility, go see AFI. I promise you won’t regret the decision. We will see you next time AFI, with our two babies!

Dr. Moghadam is very kind and passionate about his work and has much empathy for his patients. His staff are very professional and communicate the importance of medication schedules very clearly. Also they tried very hard to save us money on medications and gave samples when available. We went through several IVF procedures, but the donor agency did not advise us about the difference between a proven donor versus a non proven donor. We were so new at it.. We unfortunately were unable to succeed after already spending around $50K between two different IVF treatment facilities. Despite all of this, Dr. M. never gave up and still tried his best to always go to plan B, and C, but we accepted responsibility for the fact that we may have made the wrong decision with our donor. Despite all throughout the process we felt VERY cared for and supported. I highly recommend Dr. M to anyone with fertility issues. We are thinking of returning after we have saved up enough money for surrogacy.
