We have had such an incredible experience at Boca Fertility so far! The office manager and front desk staff are ON IT. They are diligent in ensuring all medical records are received by their office. They've all been incredibly communicative, friendly, and professional at every turn. We had our initial consultation with Dr. Margolis today, and she is incredibly sweet and relatable! She helped us feel at ease with the process and we feel so relieved after seeing her today. You can tell that she is very knowledgeable in this field too- she's incredibly smart. We are so confident that we've made the correct choice by switching over to Boca Fertility!
When it comes to caring and personalized service there is no better clinic than Boca Fertility. This is our second journey with the practice. Our first journey was not an easy one and they were there every step of the way. With our current journey (which is 4 years later) they are an even better patient-centric “caring center” as clinic does not even begin to describe Boca Fertility. Not only are all the same caring staff in place but the new team of experienced Doctors and Nurses are of the same caliber. They have built upon a great team and made it better. We will eternally grateful to the Boca Fertility family for making our family not only possible but growing coming back around and enabling our family to grow.
From the first time I started coming here about a year ago due to infertility and i was so nervous; everyone here has made me feel super comfortable and was so helpful and knowledgeable. Everytime you walk in the door they greeted with a warm welcome! I am so blessed to say I am now 9 weeks pregnant!

As a gestational carrier, the process is sometimes daunting, confusing, sometimes difficult. Family Formers has chosen the absolute best fertility clinic for their surrogates to work with. The staff is always so kind and so educated. When times were tough, the staff was there to lift me up. Rachel was always one of my favorites to come and visit as she was always so caring and genuinely patient and thoughtful. On the days where I was struggling, she was always a positive and empathetic support for me. Adela was always so pleasant to talk to. She always made me feel important when I was there. Even when I was just getting blood work I absolutely love to talk to Taylor. I can’t say anything better about going with Boca Fertility.

This review is written because Boca Fertility deserves the kudos. Actually, it’s the people at Boca Fertility that deserve the applause and the praise, because they are like family to us now.
We were with a different clinic in the beginning of our journey and even thinking about an upcoming appointment, my stress levels, anxiety, and blood pressure elevated. Finally, we made the decision to switch to Boca Fertility and we have not regretted that decision for a second.
From the very first phone call to Dr. Peress’ office, even before I was a patient, I received the information I was requesting with such an understanding, care, and love that it was hard for me to fathom. I was a mess emotionally because of the previous clinic; they made me feel broken, unvalued, almost like I was bothering them with my fertility visits. So, needless to say, I was really skeptical when starting with Boca Fertility.
Luckily, I learned fast, that we had made the right decision. During our first appointment, we met our nurses, doctors, and other staff members we can happily call family now. The procedures were explained to us with detail, and we never felt pressured to make a big decision on the spot.
Of course, like with any service industry, we encountered some hiccups along the way. Some unexpected expenses arose, which were not communicated prior. Some process steps were not clear from the get-go, and we had to ask questions to get answers. However, we took it as our responsibility to understand everything, so I came to my visits with a list of questions, and I always got all of them answered and that way I felt comfortable every step of the way.
If you are reading this review, I hope you pick Boca Fertility as your clinic. At the front desk, you’ll meet Ceara and she is always smiling. Sasha or Taylor will get your blood and both of them will keep you distracted from the needle by talking to you like a normal person. Jennie is full of knowledge and ready to answer any questions you might have. She will also take such a good care of you when you go under anesthesia. With Veronica you can speak Finnish and share the excitement towards Finnish chocolate (just ask her, there is no better chocolate than Fazer). Amy and Mariah were on my speed dial and when some complications happened, I was allowed to text them. In their messages back to me I felt the genuine care through reassurance, prayers, and heart emojis which got me through the rough days. You will love Adela. She is so calm when your ultrasounds are performed. She explains things in such an amazing way that you won’t feel dumb asking which end of the baby is the head. And Doctor Peress, you will love him as well. He has such a fun sense of humor that makes you smile. He won’t let you dwell on disappointments; he will push you forward because that is the right way to go. You will also meet Dr. Kreiner and so many other members of the staff, and we are grateful for everyone working behind the scenes. Huge thank you also to our Embryologists Dr. Roy and Dr. Olu. We got our twins thanks to you.
These people will love you, care for you, and they will be there for you every step of the way. I hope you’ll pick them as your clinic right away so you won’t have to experience bad service first like we did. Although, knowing how cold and money oriented the fertility world can be, it has made us appreciate Boca Fertility that much more.
