Calling to make an appointment for fertility should be smooth. I was nervous and scared, and the first phone call put a bad taste in my mouth. The receptionist was so rude! I was at work and told her I needed to step away from my desk, when I was speaking to her, we went through the questions and last one was insurance information. I didn't have my card at that moment, and the attitude I got was unreal! Women that are calling into fertility clinics are scared and nervous and should be treated nicer.

I love my doctor but the recent merger has made the call center a nightmare. I get so confused with what office or number to call. I get rerouted so many times. They once scheduled me for a satellite office appointment and it was closed due to repair of the AC. I was so frustrated because I drove an hour to be there. I hope they fix that issue.

I had a great experience. The nurses in the office are amazing little wait time and lots of love and support from the staff. Hoping to go back soon. The fist time was a success. I thank everyone that played a role played in conceiving my son. Especially Dr baby maker!

After scheduling an appointment in July, seeing the doctor in September for consultation and completing tests in October, no one followed up with results as promised. Repeated calls yielded no helpful responses, leaving us to research answers independently. Communication was inconsistent, with conflicting information from staff. Got an email saying my doctor is retiring no communication from the clinic until I left multiple messages asking for an update. Follow up with the doctor scheduled end of November. During my consultation, the doctor made dismissive and unsupported claims about my chances of conceiving and misrepresented my medical history in notes. He ignored my request for specific tests, dismissed questions, and displayed a lack of interest in treatment planning. My concerns about medication allergies were also dismissed. After deciding on treatment (doctor did not make a recommendation as we expected, he just told us to choose as he really does not care - his words), I was told by a nurse it would take about 4 weeks for insurance approval due to holiday delays. However, the process turned out to involve multiple departments, significantly extending the timeline which she did not mention to me, I found out later from one of the staff members.The case is still not submitted to insurance for review as of today. I conceived naturally in November and confirmed the pregnancy in early December. Had the doctor listened to my concerns during the follow-up and tested my progesterone levels, we might have avoided the chemical pregnancy I am now experiencing. When I called the office to report the positive HCG test and express my concerns due to previous chemical pregnancies, I asked if I should be on progesterone. They dismissed my concerns and only scheduled HCG bloodwork. No additional tests were ordered. I completed the bloodwork on Monday. By 6 PM I began miscarrying. I sent a message through the app (they push to use this app on you, so excuse me for actually following your directions) to inform the clinic that I was experiencing a little bleeding and wasn’t sure what to do. Instead of advising me to come in for bloodwork or offering guidance, I was reprimanded for using the app to leave messages instead of calling - at noon the next day. At that moment, I was in denial about what was happening and needed help—not criticism about how I communicated. On Wednesday, HCG levels confirmed the miscarriage. Only then was progesterone prescribed, which was too late to make any difference. He is retiring this week, which is a relief. However, the staff at this clinic showed little to no concern for my well-being. It’s incredibly frustrating to repeatedly call, leave voice messages, and wait days for a response. We came to this clinic seeking help and guidance from professionals during a challenging journey, but the experience has been nothing short of heartbreaking. I feel like I’ve wasted six months here and can no longer invest my time, energy, or health in this place. I had reasonable expectations that an IVF clinic would provide compassionate care and demonstrate expertise, but instead, I was met with coldness, dismissiveness, and a complete lack of accountability for their inaction.

Very disappointed with the communication/administration/support staff. My wife and I have been going here for ~9 months. My wife is a Nurse practitioner and I am an MD. She is a health professional and sometimes has difficulty navigating their system (can’t imagine what that’s like for those without medical training). Very very hard to get in touch with someone when you need them. She recently had complications after an egg retrieval (symptoms of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome), called the on-call provider who said “I’ll send a message and someone will get back to you urgently” only to here back 6 hrs later after my wife called one of the RNs direct lines (not bc the office reached out to her). Then we saw a Nurse practitioner and had labs drawn to determine if there were any kidney/electrolyte problems and they told us “either I or my supervising doctor will call you with the results” and are heading into the weekend not knowing the results… at least they could tell us “if you don’t hear from us it’s good news”. They leave you feeling like you’re in the dark, not knowing and feeling not cared for. Overall very poor care in my opinion, and I am a primary care physician who knows what good care should look like. We will be looking to transfer to another office in hopes of better care/communication. Oh and they are usually double/triple booked for labs and ultrasounds.
