My experience has been nothing but outstanding! Dr. Hanson is the best and his team! Dr. Hanson is SO compassionate and kindhearted! He took his time with us explaining every step of the way and answering our questions. With his help, we completed our family of four through IVF.

Successful donor IVF! I have a healthy, beautiful 13 month old girl because of CCRM. After 3 IVF clinics told me it wasn't possible, CCRM made it happen. They are a busy clinic, but they customize your hormones to optimize chances for a successful pregnancy. I would recommend them to anyone loosing hope in their fertility journey.

To whomever comes across this!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would like to start off by saying I am a new patient who has just completed my very 1st IVF round ever. I would like to talk about the experience that I had at CCRM. I had to register as a new patient, and that alone was the most traumatizing thing ever! I spoke to a gal named Brittany she was extremely rude and talked down to me multiple times and cut me off when i would try to speak during our initial conversation. Her words she chose were inappropriate, to say the very least. Once our conversation had ended, I went back and forth about if I should even continue based on one conversation I had with Brittany her words had haunted me for at least 2 days after. Where I stayed up balling my eyes out unit, they were red and puffy. After talking to my very supportive husband, we decided to move forward. I called the following week, and I was a bit thrown off at first when a male voice answered the phone Murphy (I think). we wanted to make sure everything was accounted for with our paperwork. He was quick, kind, and very welcoming. He helped explain how to do the new patient consult work on the portal. He had a lot of information to provide me with and had an answer for every question. I had my appointment with Dr. Brent Hanson, he was amazing and so well mannered. I would then need to report my cycle day one. Thankfully, when I did, Murphy was the one to help me get scheduled for my appointments. At this point, my confidence was through the roof, and I was praying I wouldn't have to talk Brittany that would have just toren me down all over again. The 1st time I came into the clinic, there were 2 gals in the front desk, Ozzy, and Katherine, who were the ones to help us. They are so warm, inviting, and have very bubbly personalities (I talk to them pretty regularly now when I am in clinic) that initial 1st visit they made that special for us. I was also able to talk to my nurse Jamie (She is my favorite nurse on the pink team not that I don't like them all I truly do.) Jamie and I just had that instant connection that can't be forced. I still have come in a few times to due blood draw, and every time I see Ozzy and Katherine, I get that warm feeling like I am seeing my friends again. I wish i didn't have that very 1st initial experience with Brittany she put a very sour taste in my mouth, but I am grateful I went through with my cycle. However, my opinion is that Brittany must be removed from the company. So others dont have to deal with the emotional trauma I dealt with. Not to mention, we had to do the consent twice due to her error.

If I could give CCRM zero stars, I would, but alas, Google won’t allow it. Their staff is incapable of doing anything in a timely manner without us spamming them with messages in their terrible portal or calling. The doctor even had the audacity to yell at my husband for using the urgent line to get a hold of someone to complete the prior authorization needed to get the meds on time. Anyone who has done IVF knows that timing is everything and after two weeks of calling and messaging them to get in touch with our insurance, we were unable to fill the meds we needed in time, pushing our treatment back another cycle. We had this same issue with our IUI cycle, where prior authorization was down to the wire to get our meds. Additionally, we NEVER met our doctor in person. Our appointments were only offered online using the worst app ever created for a health care system. I genuinely couldn’t tell you what she looked like as the screen was so small. When you’re doing something as emotionally and physically taxing as fertility treatments, the patient’s comfort and trust should be your number one priority. Unfortunately, CCRM caused me so much stress that it brought me to tears on more than one occasion, (and I hadn’t even begun any of the hormones). They lack empathy, compassion, organization and accountability. I highly recommend choosing a different clinic.

We scheduled a new patient appointment over a month or so ago- the time came for the appointment and when we got to the clinic we were told because we made the appointment online, that does not secure the actual appointment? The girl at the front desk admitted someone from the clinic was supposed to call to confirm and send paperwork. No apologies other than that. My wife and I both took work off early and traveled over 35 minutes to get to the clinic. We will be looking for care elsewhere and definitely will not recommend this clinic.
