I was very hopeful when my obgyn recommended me to this location. However, trying to make an appointment is ridiculous, the girls kept having me go in circles with my insurance. I called their office three times and each time the girls will say I need more information after I just got done writing a list of questions to ask my insurance from THEIR office. Also, the girls there can use a lesson in customer service, the way they talk to you is so condescending. You should never have to feel that way with an office especially one for this specialty.

This place is very clean. A few employees are disrespectful and rude. The way they talk to patients, they are very demanding and/or "entitled" about who knows what. You pay A LOT of money only to be treated this way, and of course it is not sure that their procedures work. The doctors, nurse practitioners, and ultrasonographers are pleasant. Before you start the process, you really need to either have a VERY flexible job or a stay-at-home wife because the time they schedule you for ultrasounds and other appointments need to be the exact date and time they want you to go there. I got lucky because my job in Health and Human Services/Public Health is VERY VERY flexible with doctors' appointments. Of course, I had to go to appointments multiple times. They cancel appointments without letting you know and find out at the front desk. They hit up patients with charges that are unaware of like the test they did to me that I was not aware they charged me with. They overcharged me as well because according to the manager, the staff said she was so confused when she had the calculator in front of her. I walked out so many times debating if I should continue with this place but I did not have more time left at this state because I leave soon. I was told by one of my coworkers there's a good clinic in Fresno according to her husband who is a doctor at multiple hospitals, but I decided to stay and hopefully not regretting this decision. Besides, my insurance has already been paying for my labs, ultrasounds, and clinic visits. My insurance has been paying for my visits and they sent me a letter of the past due bill for my first visit that I had to call them about, and I was just told nobody submitted it to the insurance. It is really just common sense. This is too long so I'm going to post an updated review again soon on the outcome.

I had 3 failed rounds of IUI here. The front staff were horrible. All the ladies up front were rude & never picked up the phone so be prepared to wait until you get connected because they’re busy on the line with their personal calls. If you leave a message for the nurse, they don’t call back either. I had difficulty trying to get a hold of them because they forgot to send my prescription to my pharmacy so I couldn’t get a hold of anyone until the next day because no one picked up my calls, answered my messages online, or returned my voicemails. On my 3rd failed IUI, I didn’t even bother to call them to tell them I had a negative pregnancy test, but they never called me either to follow up or see what happened with my IUI, and I still haven’t heard from them. The communication is terrible here so I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Take your money & emotions somewhere else because this place does not care about you at all.

The conversation was totally rude. I guess they don’t really want new patients here. Making it mandatory for a new person in the area to have an OB/GYN is absolutely ridiculous. I have proof of my most recent pap and my medical documentation from my doctor from Houston, TX. I’m in the military like seriously be logical. I have a pap annually and a physical exam. With proof of tri care benefits and she still spoke to me like I was nothing. I’ll just take my business/ money elsewhere.

This is truly the worst place. I would not recommend them at all. You have to call for days in order to speak with someone, neither do they respond to emails. I haven’t even met the doctor in person. I have met the nurses which is truly the best thing about that place. There is no organization at all. I have been calling for about 2 weeks and still no response from them. I was transferring into their clinic from a different facility because I was moving from another state , but thankfully things happened in such a way that I was able to save my time & money. Please think twice about going there
