Pros: Affordable, almost everyone is so nice (except Alexandra Hannon, Global Travel who is AWFUL) Update: RN Lyric from Global Travel, Rebecca Kurtz Rn is nice and so is the female dr. from TN is so nice. Everyone we have talked to has been very nice (except 1 horrible person), I would recommend a few changes and then it could be a great experience Changes they should make: Fire Alexandra Hannon. Include prednisone in the medication bundle (its only $10, up the package by $50 if you need to) would make it clearer and easier to have all your medication right away at the right time. Have patient coordinators that you can contact by phone when needed. Utilize MIRA home hormone testing in the process for global patients. Help patients find affordable ultrasound (I was charge $1,700 by my hospital and I was supposed to get 3 of them!)

We had a consult in 2022 and decided to go with another clinic. 2 years later we get a bill from collectors for this clinic. We weren’t even patients! I spent over 3 hours on the phone over the past week trying to get in touch with someone to clear this up. The patient accounts never answer the phone. I’m so annoyed with this clinic. Thanks for the hit to my credit when we weren’t even patients. I can’t believe how they treat people that actually sign on with them.

Terrible agency with even worse customer service! This place is just a money grab. They charge you an exorbitant amount upfront and then charge you more for services that you don't get an informed choice to decide you want or a break down of the costs ahead of time. Instead they sneakily send you a bill through the portal after the fact telling you that you owe this huge balance. When you try to contact the office they either don't answer or return your calls. Took me a year to reach someone in the billing department only to be treated extremely rudely. Then today I receive a call from them after sending an inquiry on the website at least a week ago, the woman on the phone was again extremely rude and not willing to work towards any sensible resolution only insisted that I owed the balance in question. They also falsified records claiming that they tried to contact me numerous times, but I have no missed calls or voice mail messages in my phone records. Run don't walk away from the organization! Corporate minded, deceitful, uncaring, unprofessional from the top down. All they care about is lining their pockets.

3.28.24 I called MaryJo in billing at Cny to inform her that my account was charged $53.97 and sent to Help financial collections. I had a phone consult with Cny in 11.2021. But I had to pay in 8.21 to hold the spot for it. I informed Mary jo that the 30 min phone consult would not have occurred if I didn't pay prior. She looked in the computer and said the bill was paid through insurance. No apology was made to me for their error. Mary jo replied, "Let me transfer you to financial because $50 was to hold a spot for consult and not to pay for it." She sent me to financial. I was hung up on. Then Help Financial doesn't even answer the phone to help. Cny is ridiculous and hires incompetent workers that I'm sure they will support. I am glad that I canceled further services with them in 2021.

The receptionists made fun of me just because last week I called to cancel my appointment and then called back the day after just because I wanted to keep it 😌 Horrible people. They should make fun of patients when patients are not there. Luckily I only had 2 appointments with them. Time to say goodbye
