This is one of the best fertility clinics in the United States. Before you condemn anyone, clinic or institution, ask yourself if you would have done better facing the same situation as the other.
Infertility alone is a very unhappy situation and nobody goes to fertility clinic smiling and laughing. These people that work there do their best on daily basis to serve and absorb all these negative energies from frustrated patients. Remember, they are people too, that have their own family problems as well. Be kind to yourself by holding on to your critisms. If you are not happy with the front desk, nurses or someone said something you misunderstood, talk to your doctor, or simply start your own fertility clinic and run it your way.
Love and compassion is what we are asking everyone to share with one another, and our world will be healed.

Good afternoon,
I began my exams with the clinic, and the attention I received from Dr. Julian was excellent, as was the service provided by everyone working at the Dallas office. However, I decided to start my treatment at another clinic, and they sent a request for all the records they have for both myself and my husband. This was one month ago. Tomorrow, I have a procedure with them, and they urgently need the records.
Yesterday, I called the Spanish-language line at 214-224-0778, and I was told that the request had been made. Today, when I called the clinic where I am being treated, I was informed that they had not received anything. I called the same number again and spoke with a man named Bernardo Santos, who was extremely rude. He told me that the records had already been sent, but when I asked for confirmation, he told me he did not have it and then asked me for the fax number again. I informed him that I had provided it yesterday but did not have it on hand at the moment. He responded by saying, "Well, I'm asking you for it, and if you don't want to give it to me, that's your problem."
This behavior was incredibly disrespectful. I asked to speak with his supervisor and requested the supervisor's name, which he provided in a very rude manner, saying, "Do you want me to spell it out for you or say it slowly?"
This entire experience has been deeply frustrating and unprofessional. I simply need my records, and I was met with poor service, a lack of ethics, and no respect. Bernardo Santos should not be working in customer service.
In the end, my issue was not resolved. I hope this matter is addressed regarding his conduct.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Escobar and his incredible clinical staff. Amy and Amanda were especially compassionate and supportive throughout our fertility journey, making a challenging time feel so much more manageable.
I first met Dr. Escobar when I was preserving my fertility and freezing my eggs. That journey was an emotional one for me, as I hadn’t envisioned being in my 30s, single, and without children. However, my experience at Conceive Fertility was outstanding, and I’m so grateful to have been referred to such a caring and professional clinic.
Fast forward, I met my husband, and together we decided it was time to start our family. After trying on our own without success, and knowing what I had learned from my egg-freezing experience, we scheduled a consult with Dr. Escobar as a couple.
It quickly became clear why people travel from all over the country to work with Dr. Escobar and his team. They truly listened to us, made us feel heard, and guided us every step of the way. They also encouraged us to advocate for our care, which was incredibly empowering. Gratefully, we conceived on our third IUI cycle.
While we were thrilled to graduate to our OBGYN, we were genuinely sad to say goodbye to Dr. Escobar and his staff. Even the transition to our new provider, who was seamlessly referred to us, was handled with the utmost care.
Dr. Escobar and his team are knowledgeable, compassionate, and endlessly supportive. We are so thankful for their role in helping us grow our family and look forward to seeing them again when we’re ready to add a sibling.
I cannot express enough how grateful we are to have chosen Conceive Fertility Center for our journey towards starting a family. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were met with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to helping us achieve our dreams.
