I don’t like the way the nurses talk to you. They feel as if you’re inferior to them and they don’t answer your questions. They have smart ass mouths especially the nurse Maria C. They set up appointments and canceled them last minute without a call. I’ve been wasting my time & money with these people The only Nurse was kind to me, nurse, Paris

They WERE great before they merged with a private company. Now they've gotten rid of all their staff that was actually nice or helpful. They discontinued treatment for current patients and consistently have given me a hard time getting medication filled by them. It's a shame they'd put their patients at risk to allow a private company to take over what was once a nice clinic.

Staff was very sensitive overall and celebrated with us when we finally got pregnant! ONE of the ultrasound techs was rather cold, but the rest of them were so nice and sensitive to my feelings during that difficult time. We will go back if we struggle to conceive again! UPDATE: We did have trouble conceiving again and returned in 2019. Some of the nurses remembered me and it was such a comfort to be somewhere familiar. Didn’t run into the rude nurse this time and we had another healthy pregnancy ❤️

My wife and I absolutely enjoyed our entire time receiving care at the Troy location. Dr. Budrys and her team of awesome nurses were helpful throughout the whole process and very patient. I would recommend this location to any women who're trying to conceive. My wife and I are expecting two beautiful twin babies and couldn't be more happy.

Very unhappy with my whole experience using this office. Nobody seems to communicate very well or efficiently, and I do not have a lot of faith in this office for future processes that we will probably have to explore. Also, a nurse just released my husband's medical record to me, without even sending to him or his online account, and apparently it never reached the doctor, because I had to send it to her myself. Yet, when I tried to get my own records, I was given a runaround about how to request them. Probably will be looking for a new office, not impressed by anyone here.
