Invia is by far a 10 star facility. All of the providers are knowledgeable, informative and supportive. We had the pleasure of working with Dr. Karande and fully trusted his guidance in our care. He truly wants the best outcome for you and is readily available through the portal with any questions. Dr. Puscheck did my egg retrieval and her tender care was something I really needed that day. Infertility is an emotional and physical rollercoaster, but I am blessed to have been taken care of here. The nurses are such a strong team and full of support. At each appt, they were always smiling and wanted to make sure I was okay. Lastly, the front desk - you are fantastic. Thank you to EVERYONE at Invia for being there for my husband and I through this journey. You are part of our family :)

Would I go to Invia again or recommend them, I’m not sure. I’ll start off with the fact that I’m forever grateful to have their help to get pregnant, however, I think the process was impersonable. I had never done this and had an initial call with Dr. Karande. He explained things at a high level and then his staff asked for commitment to move forward. I was hesitant and finally got a call with a nurse, who went over things, step by step. I had to write the steps down, instead of being provided a document. After that, all “instruction” and appts were communicated through the portal. The instruction was little on what was taking place in my appts. I usually found out by having the techs tell me when I got there. The techs were nice when I was there, but outside of that, it was email us through the portal and you’ll get a short/rushed response back. After they did confirm the pregnancy, they said congrats, but again didn’t know what was next. It ended up being quick ultrasounds every week. No explanation for how long these were to continue or why weekly. I ended up cutting the ultrasounds at I think around 10 weeks, in favor of my gynecologist, as I felt like I was much more informed. I’m glad I did also, as the excess ultrasounds cost hundreds of dollars into the new year, due to my deductible restarting, with no warning from the office. They tried coordinating a wrap-up call with Dr. Karande after the cutoff, but dates got skewed and it was missed. They didn’t bother to try to reschedule. Not that it mattered as I didn’t talk to him throughout essentially the full process. All in all, really loved the techs, especially the lady in their Crystal Lake location. Outside of that, I felt lost a lot and had to advocate for myself. Also, the Hoffman Estates front desk girl is so unfriendly and cold. You walk up and she just stares at you. No hi or anything. I learned to just tell her my name, no response, and then a minute later she would just say, take a seat.

I can’t speak highly enough of Dr Puschek and the team here at Invia and I am so, so happy that I found them. Unfortunately, I had the experience of going to a different fertility clinic prior and had a horrible experience so I was skeptical I’d find a clinic I could trust. The nursing staff, front desk, phlebotomist and ultrasound techs are all wonderful! Id love to call them all out individually but they truly made me feel comfortable and cared for, they treat you like family. The vibe in the clinic is professional yet calming and it’s clear that the staff and providers communicate well. If you’re looking for the best care team to support you on your fertility journey, this is it!

Dr. Karande is great and very informative during the whole process. We were fortunate enough to have (now) 3 pregnancies with InVia's help. The staff is very nice and helpful and make the whole process easy to go through. Also, a huge thank you to nurse Nancy! We are so grateful for Nancy's help and compassion throughout our time with InVia during all of our pregnancies!

Starting with the staff, I have never met more attentive and empathetic people ever. The doctors are only a message away and was really easy to work with. This is a tough journey but the people at InVia Fertility sure makes it a lot easier. Special thanks to Dr. Karande and my Phlebotomist and all the nurses who have been there to answer all my questions no matter how trivial they sounded. Thank you for all your help.
