There are no perfect words to describe this office other than incredible! From Dr Zapantis to every nurse & team member, this office was like family. Very professional, very warm and so friendly. They made a very hard life experience become a dream come true. And every step of the way they were supportive, understanding and knowledgeable. If we could give them 10 stars we would! This team was perfect for us and we loved their intimate office space as it always felt more comfortable and safe. If you are looking for a fertility doctor there is no better option than NYRW. The entire staff is amazing and they feel like family while going through such a difficult time. The clear communication, timely responses, and compassion to what you’re going through that Kim provides will put you at ease! My process was long due to my body working against me but the nurses became family. Sandra and Jasmine were with us from the beginning through our miscarriages and eventually my successful pregnancy. The knowledge and compassion the two of them have was beyond my expectations! I have cried with them and celebrated with them and to this day I am still so thankful for them. The compassion and knowledge of Dr. Zapantis will also exceed your expectations. He wants success for you as much as you want it for yourself! The entire staff is the best around! I wouldn’t be able to love on my newborn daughter if it weren’t for Dr.Z and the incredible staff at NYRW. They aren’t just there to do their jobs, they become your biggest fans, your support network.. your family. I am so grateful to have met them all, as they walked me through every step holding my hand and guiding me with nothing but positivity. There are no words to adequately describe how grateful we are for NYRW. Dr. Z, his nurses, and his whole staff are both amazing and compassionate. My husband and I cannot thank them enough for helping us start our family. We welcomed our first baby in 2022 and are currently pregnant with our second miracle. This isn't a doctor's office, this isn't a reproductive wellness center, this is a family. And they treat you as such. From the moment you walk in you'll know you chose the right place because of the people that are there. They have walked us through this difficult process with such grace, care and compassion. What started out as a worrisome experience filled with questions, quickly became a safe haven for us. Dr. Z is a savant, he will describe the intricacies of pregnancy and the whole IVF process in such detail. When he did it for us the first time I truly, for the first time, understood why everyone uses the phrase that having a child is a miracle. He's so gentle and knowledgeable and has an uncanny ability to put you at ease. We can't speak highly enough about Dr. Z's staff. The receptionist, the NP, all the nurses, techs, the amazing embryologists, it's a group that truly cares about their patients and achieving the positive outcomes everyone dreams of when they first walk through the door. The office has everything you need, and the peace of mind knowing you don't need to go anywhere else like a hospital for tests, ultrasounds, or any kind of surgery, is very comforting. If you want to be treated with dignity, respect, and most of all warmth look no further.
