I would highly recommend ORM to anyone needing help or more information about their fertility journey. My husband and I were met with compasion , understanding, and great communication as we worked with them. I deeply appreciated that they took the time to understand our goals and financial situation and offered us minimally invasive options that were financially feasible while ensuring we understood all options available to us. I would say the best part of our experience at ORM was that each patient gets assigned a care navigator who is personally available to them via text or call for any questions that may come up. Our fertility journey was stressful and emotional but having someone there to answer my questions no matter how small or silly was incredibly reassuring and made me feel so well cared for. I would like to specifically thank Bethany, my care coordinator, for her fabulous attention. She was such a good friend to me and a gift in this journey. I would also like to thank Dr. Kurtz for always being positive, pragmatic and guiding us through the hard decisions.

Deciding to work with ORM for our fertility needs was one of the best decisions we have ever made. Dr.Barbieri has been incredible with her advice and with answering all our questions. My little one is here, thanks to ORM. Would surely go back to them in the future.

My experience was different than most in the sense that I miraculously ended up conceiving on my own before my follow up appointment took place, which would have been the official conversation about my fertility plan. After many losses, you’re careful to get excited about a positive pregnancy test, but every person I had the pleasure of interacting with, from the phlebotomists to the medical assistants, Sophia who did my ultrasounds and particularly Bella my navigator, were just wonderful. Their energy was always so supportive, kind, and positive, and you could just tell that everyone puts their whole heart into what they do and that they genuinely understand your journey. They treated me as if I had been a fully established client of theirs and gladly performed my blood tests and ultrasounds up until 10 weeks. If only I could stay with them my entire pregnancy! I highly recommend including ORM in your fertility journey.

ORM provided a great experience. I appreciated that they take my insurance making things a little easier to handle. Their staff was very communicative and responsive. Everything was well organized, explained, and easy to follow. They provided a ton of great education material. I look forward to working with them for round two.

My two little ones are here thanks to ORM - I will forever be grateful! My story is slightly unique in that I did my first full IVF cycle at a clinic in California. With nothing to compare it to, we thought it was a pretty typical experience. Unfortunately the cycle was unsuccessful and not long after, we moved to Portland. That is when we found ORM. The ORM experience was completely different than our experience at the clinic in California. At the California clinic we felt like we were just one of many people entering a baby factory. At ORM, the doctors spent much more time getting to know our history, ensuring we understood the process, and making sure we knew who to communicate with throughout. They had easy ways to communicate with their office too. We even found out their success rate was much higher than our previous clinic's. Thanks to a successful cycle and two successful transfers - my husband and I have two wonderful children.
