If you do not want to believe the actual 1-star reviews, take a moment to read the actual unprofessional responses to these reviews. Now ask yourself if a medical office is willing to be this unprofessional in a Google review, how do you feel about having them Handling your actual medical care. This doctor And his staff have no issue sharing private medical records of their patients on google. We will be filing a HIPAA complaint immediately based on multiple responses in these reviews and we encourage all patients of this practice to do the same thing if you have been a victim. This will not be tolerated.

I wish I read the bad reviews before. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! Dr. Merhi was really nice in the initial consultation, but his team is really useless, unprofessional, rude and extremely slow. They wasted 3 month of my valuable time, while I caught them lying over and over when they didn't do their basic job such as taking care the insurance part. I had to chase after them and find out that nothing was done on their end over and over. The lady in the billing department got really upset and rude after realizing that I was on the line with the insurance company and heard her stating that she sent the pre authorization only today, while the results were received a week ago). Dr. Merhi's personal assistant will have to play along when the staff lacking professionalism. Ohh and the excuse that they had is "insurance dep transitioning". Which is not true since there are same people in that department. Too bad they lost my business but mostly they wasted my time. So if you are going through fertility journey and don't mind that they are wasting your time, go ahead you will have "fun" here. Glad I decided not to work with them anymore and Dr. Merhi agreeing with me. Funny how they "keep discharging patients" from their clinic.

I can't say enough good things about RFC. I've had such a wonderful experience with the staff - they are all warm, welcoming, and helpful. They are prompt with responses, they've always been able to get me in exactly when I need to be seen, and they've made my experience much easier than I expected. I'm so grateful for their professionalism and kindness!

My experience at RFC was amazing! The staff and physicians especially Dr Merhi are very caring and attentive to patients. My daughter did the Prp ovarian rejuvenation and I'm very optimistic about her outcome and future fertility journey. At RFC you are not just a $ they actually care about your well-being. Where do I even begin. My experience at Rejuvenating Fertility Center has been amazing from the moment I first walked into their office. Dr. Merhi is extremely well mannered and has helped me feel comfortable and welcomed while entering this new stage in my life. He is very personable and brings a warm environment. The girls at the front desk are very sweet and always brighten my day when I come in. You can tell they truly have your best interest at heart. 10/10 would recommend to anybody looking for treatment.
