Dr.Blauer and his team helped us have our rainbow baby! They were with us every step of the way, both physically and emotionally. They cried with me, supported me, were honest even when I didn’t want to hear it. And they have checked on me multiple times since I graduated from them which has been so caring. Now I have my sweet boy here and I couldn’t be more grateful for their help getting to this point.

RCC has taken good care of my husband and I through years of fertility treatments. Staff are friendly and caring. The treatments we have tried have resulted in success.

I came here 2 years ago, and I am just now writing this review because that's how long it has taken me to get to a place where I'm able to write this due to the trauma that was caused here. 2 months of time and money spent only to cause years of medical trauma. Every single person in every department that I met at this facility dropped the ball in every way possible, lab, billing, scheduling, front desk, nurses and Doctor. I didn't even meet Dr. Maas until we had a zoom call to go over results of the tests I had already done, which I now realize it is wildly impersonal to not be able to meet your Dr. from the get go. It was during this appointment I told her we would not be returning because of the horrible experience that we had in such a short time there. The amount of incompetence that exists at this facility is still incomprehensible to me to this day. Billed for things we didn't do and not billed for things we did do, lab work not being done correctly so certain very important tests such as a genetics test didnt get the box checked. Their reply was "oops sorry, we missed it. Go ahead and come in again, spend more of your time and money because we made a mistake, it happens sometimes." It is my opinion that in the medical field, there is no room for mistakes. But it was the HSG that was forced on me, even though I had already had one that showed normal results that really caused all the medical trauma. After nurse Barbara told me that I was lucky to have her and she was the best at them and had been doing them for decades and then proceeded to mess it up and rip all the medical devices out of my body and have to start over, causing me so much pain and then blaming it on my cervix and saying must be shaped funny, which has since been verified by other doctors that it is not. Also the girls helping nurse Barbara going in and out of the room constantly during the entire procedure while I'm lying there on a table exposed made me very uncomfortable. I could go on and on with negative things to say but I will leave it at this, stay as far away as possible from this facility, I'm sure anywhere else would be better.

Instant results!! We had tried for a baby for 3 years prior to deciding on fertility treatment, so you can imagine our shock when we found out we were pregnant during the first ultrasound on our very first visit to RCC. Our baby was 6 weeks old, so just barely old enough to be detectable, but the ultrasound technician was quick to spot him. Dr. Blauer came in to confirm, and it was a happy surprise for everyone. Needless to say, we left with a very positive impression. Obviously this can't be expected for everyone, but we feel very lucky to have discovered our pregnancy through RCC. Everyone was kind and informative and celebrated with us.
