We were one of the unexplained cases as we've already undergone tests and done different methods such as taking Letrozole and trying fertility acupuncture, but still no success. Had a good experience at this clinic. I got my egg retrieval procedure here a couple of months ago. Everyone was super friendly and professional, specifically the two nurses caring for me. They showed respect, talent, and professionalism from when they called me in for preparations until I left the clinic. The clinic is very well organized and clean.

I wish I could give RHWC more stars if I could! Dr. Rosencrantz and everyone on the team really take the time to help walk you through the process, answering questions, and really offering education and reassurance for a such a sensitive subject like fertility. I had been interviewing a variety of fertility treatment centers, where I often left feeling like "a number" or "just another patient." I was referred to Dr. Rosencrantz from the recommendation of a Kaiser nurse and from the moment you are there, they treat you like family and always knew me by name. My husband and I were able to conceive after our second attempt at IVF and are now expecting a baby girl this December! We had a great experience with RHWC from start to finish! Dr. Rosencrantz is really what I wish all doctors were like, responsive, honest, positive but realistic, encouraging, and caring about his patients personally. I came across RHWC after having a bad experience with another fertility center where we felt like we were just a number and nobody cared. Needless to say… once we started our first cycle, I was a bit nervous because the meds weren’t working like they were supposed to, we almost gave up on that cycle but Dr. R. recommended an alternative treatment and we decided to trust in his advice… and… we got pregnant on our first cycle of IUI!
