I love this group so far. The staff has been so friendly and welcoming and the doctors actually hear you and are so knowledgeable. I just started my fertility journey and knowing I have Reproductive Science Center on my side makes it a little less scary.

Came to this office March 2022 with zero knowledge of what IVF was. I was having trouble getting pregnant for two years and my gyn recommended this office bc I was pushing 39 he suggested I should talk to a specialist. I sat with Dr Martinez who at the time seemed very professional and our first introductory meeting was as expected. Did bloodwork and was diagnosed with DOR aka diminished ovarian reserve. Had a follow up call about my bloodwork and I was told I had a 5% chance of getting pregnant naturally and IVF was the best course of action and time was of the essence so we came up with a game plan to get my body in the ideal position for treatment . My thyroid levels were high so it took time to get them in range, they prepped my body with birth control for a whole month again knowing nothing I trusted the process. Fast forward game plan didn’t work cycle 1 failed. I started reaching out to the infertility community on social media , doing research , exploring other protocols and came up with a page of questions for Dr Martinez to go through with me because this was my last shot and I wanted to get it right. The conversation didn’t go well at all. Doctor was sarcastic, unprofessional and let his ego get in the way and basically told me to stick to my sales job that he’s the doctor with the experience and I need to just “trust him”. After that call I was deflated and upset but had to get through this next cycle. I went to the clinic up the block for a second opinion on the protocol they had in place for me and also asked her about some things my doctor didn’t want to answer and if I wasn’t so wrapped up into the cycle already I would’ve jumped ship at that very moment but insurance was already approved and it was just a waiting game at this point. Fast forward my cycle is delayed due to cysts producing estrogen due to a prescription I asked to take during my stim cycle. They prescribed it during my prep phase ans well again I’m no doctor the longer the better if it helps with egg quality I’m thinking my regret is not questioning the change but its main side effect is the cysts and they knew that. Delayed again! Now I’m in a waiting game until these cysts subside and we are back on the clock in Feb. I started acupuncture and increased my thyroid medication while we waited those few months and ten days before my second cycle I’m pregnant naturally and now have a beautiful healthy baby boy. I believe bloodwork was necessary to identify what was going on in my body and just time on supplements and medication to get my body in the best position for pregnancy. Clinics like this herd patients two weeks out the month for these cycles. I was over suppressed in my first cycle to fit into their window. Dr Martinez showed no empathy or compassion when questions were asked and when I just wanted to advocate for myself . They put their pockets first not their patients .

Miracle workers. Do not know where to start with this incredible staff, from the front desk to the PA’s, and Dr Ziegler. We came in with our heads low depressed after a year plus of failure. The team kept us positive and were always there when we had a question and never rushed us off the phone. They found our issues and got us pregnant and we can’t explain how thankful we are. The worst part is having to leave now to go to the OBGYN. We’ll miss this team and recommend them to the world. Thank you ❤️

Unfortunately my wife and I had a bad experience on our second treatment. There was miscommunication on what option we were looking to pursue, and when it came time to start treatment, I spoke with nurse Michelle who said at first that it was too late to do anything and we would have to wait another cycle. After I pushed back a bit, she agreed to schedule us for a treatment option, although not the one we were hoping to do. Later that day, Dr. Martinez was able to accommodate us with the option we wanted, which my wife and I appreciated a lot. But then my wife went in for monitoring the next morning and the same nurse told my wife she couldn't do the treatment she wanted. My wife tried to explain that we spoke to the Dr. to change it, but the nurse was persistent against it to the point where my wife had to call me on the phone during the appointment as she was upset and shaking. When she got home, she was crying. It was really upsetting for me to see my wife go through that. I then called the office to talk to someone, and Dr. Martinez called me. I found the conversation with him very deflating as he said that my wife was the problem because she got upset in the office. I found his comments rude and unprofessional. I definitely got the sense that we were not welcomed there anymore, which was hurtful, as I would imagine other patients would feel in my position. I felt sick to my stomach for two days afterwards. The focus seemed to be on making money, eliminating 'problematic' patients, and not on patient care and empathy. There was disorganization throughout the process that could have been avoided too. I would recommend considering a different practice.
