Dr Johnston and her staff are amazing. We loved working with her and her staff. After 2.5 years of TTC we were blessed to welcome our baby girl this week. We could not have done without the support, education, and understanding of the SGF, especially Dr Johnston and her PA Hannah. Thank you again!

This hospital sucks beyond anything. The patient portal's don't work properly, I left a message to the physician and attending clinic multiple times over the last week and no one bothers to respond or call back. The billing department keeps saying there is a block on the account, when the account was already paid off a month ago. The front desk person at the lab shows attitude towards behaving why even I am there, the person on the call hangs-up the phone. The lab tests don't get back in time where as I have to wait for a month for just a lab test that should have taken a week. There is zero accountability, no empathy, but just collect revenues and billing. SHAME ON YOU

Working with Shady Grove RVA was a great experience. Everyone we worked with at this location was knowledgeable, kind, and really made us feel comfortable and cared for. That being said, the larger Shady Grove organization absolutely cares more about getting their money than about helping people have babies. Working with the financial and billing departments was incredibly frustrating. Despite that, the staff at this location were really wonderful and we had only positive experiences with them.

Communication has been amazing! From the first time I walked in to now, the staff are all friendly and helpful! I had a lot of anxiety walking in, and every step of the way I felt heard and understood! Shady Grove has been amazing to my husband and I! THANK YOU!
