After 4 years of interacting with this clinic I will never be going back. They have been the only fertility clinic in Dayton for years and they know it. I felt like a number, I continually had to ask questions and advocate for my own medical and mental care. It was implied by the lead Dr that something was wrong with me when no tests showed that to be true. They claim to be LGBTQ-friendly, but that doesn't translate into anything meaningful. I was grateful that some staff were kind and thoughtful. Overall, I cannot recommend anyone to this clinic.

In November/December 2022, my husband and I decided to get our fertility checked by SpringCreek Fertility Clinic. We had been trying for 2 years to conceive without luck, so we sought help medically. Most of the staff was kind, attentive and understanding. However, the staff for the sperm collection was dismissive and upsetting to be around. Generally, they didn't seem interested in making sure my husband and I were comfortable and lacked any real compassion for our struggle. It was a cold, unwelcome environment for having to provide something so intimate. It's not that they were even trying to be professional, they just didn't seem to really even care to be there, whatsoever. After 2 semen collections and a check for my fertility, we were told by the doctor my husband had damaged sperm and that I was completely fine, but that overall we had less than 1% chance to conceive naturally. We were told IUI wouldn't be the route they suggested, but IVF would be more in line with our needs. No less than 2 weeks after our suggestion for IVF and discussing the costs (well into the low 20K area IF the fertilized egg held first attempt, with additional several thousands each attempt after, none of which is covered by our insurance), we decided to just wait and see. We wanted children but we're ok if we didn't have them, basically. We're super easy going people so we were happy if something worked out, but financially couldn't swing it so we opted to just keep on living life and see if anything happened. Another 2 weeks go by and it's mid-January 2023. I got another phonecall from SpringCreek asking if we would like to start IVF, again. I told them politely to please not call me anymore and that I told them last time they called that we decided not to go that route. Mid-February 2023 and I got another phonecall from SpringCreek asking yet again, at this point harassing me, to come get IVF. Not only was I pissed to be getting another harassing phonecall, but I had the gloating ability to tell them I was pregnant, without their intervention. The girl hung up on me. HUNG UP ON ME. The audacity of this place was astounding. In October of 2023 I had a healthy baby girl. It's now April of 2024 and I'm pregnant again. Same husband with no intervention. Moral of the story is basically, don't let anyone bully you into do something you're either unable to afford or don't want to do. Now, if that's the path you'd like to take, by all means! But I'd get a second opinion at least. We were told less than 1% naturally. And I've had 2 pregnancies naturally. Food for thought.

I am very happy that we chose SpringCreek. My husband and I started the IVF process and had a consultation at the end of August. SpringCreek is very good about answering questions and about contacting you back when you call with questions. During the entire process if someone wasn’t available to talk the office usually calls you back the same day or next day to answer any and all questions you have. I find it good that the staff is usually busy, that means they are busy helping patients make their dreams come true. The office has great organization and they have a set up at their office that allows appointments to be quick but precise and it keeps the whole process flowing quickly. This is important for those of us traveling in for our appointments. We travelled 3 hours to get to the Centerville office. We started stimulation in September for our first IVF cycle. I was diagnosed with low amh and low ovarian reserve. I feel that Dr Groll was aggressive in his approach and gave me medications to help me succeed the first time. I had my egg retrieval in October and it was successful. I just had my first FET November 27th and as I am writing this I am 4 weeks and 6 days pregnant. Dr. Groll was very precise at egg retrieval and embryo transfer. Everything inside was very clean and professional. I am so happy that after 13 years of not being able to conceive because of blocked fallopian tubes that me and my husband were able to announce that we are going to have a new baby!!!! I thank Dr.Groll and the entire office. All we wanted for Christmas was two pink lines and with their help we have them.

Highly do not recommend springcreek. As someone with 11 plus years of all kinds of fertility meds and treatments...please take this advice in consideration. They will not add injections meds with IUI like gonal f. Which is widely used with so many positive outcomes. It worked 3 out of 5 times for me. They only use oral meds and then send u for ivf. Which is wild to me. On top of that suggested I use donor eggs when I just had a successful retrieval with my own eggs last year. So much unnecessary cost. Go to dr.chin or IRH!!!!

I want to start off by saying that I absolutely love Springcreek and how welcoming they are. I am posting this review due to my own personal experience and to save anyone who could end up in the same boat as me if they cannot lose weight easily due to medical conditions. I have PCOS and insulin resistance and springcreek actually diagnosed me with hypothyroidism, which I am thankful for. With that in mind, I am overweight due to these issues. Before I became a patient, I asked if they had BMI requirements. They did say yes, but at the anesthesiologist’s discretion (any conditions that would hinder you going under etc.) the only health issues I have are the PCOS and hypothyroidism and of course, obesity. Other than that, I am healthy with no blood pressure and or heart issues, etc. I had three IUIs, which all failed. So we were told IVF would be our best option, but I needed to lose weight first. I started weight management appointments(in September of 2022) because I had to lose almost 50 pounds to get under the BMI requirement. I was 5 pounds away from this requirement and told that I would have to wait yet again another month or come back after losing the three pounds. I live an hour away and making that trip monthly to step on a scale when I know I could undergo anesthesia safely was discouraging and I have not been back since because I feel like three pounds does not mean much in the grand scheme of things and during my treatment I was put under anesthesia TWICE and had no issues whatsoever, but I was still told I needed to get my BMI down. Once was a surgery that was APPROVED by springcreek. This is an amazing clinic if you are not overweight and have trouble getting weight off. Now I just feel discouraged. I have been a patient for almost three years and feel like I haven’t been able to make much progress within my infertility because they are more focused on the numbers. I do not want to return after putting 1,000 down on IVF that I cannot get done due to my BMI.
