The staff here are amazing! They go out of the way to make sure you are comfortable and all your questions are answered! Dr. Thompson treats you as if you are family! He is straight to the point, which I prefer, he checks on you several times and takes his time to answer every question. He did a tubal reversal for me. The care I was under from him and his staff was hands down phenomenal! If you are looking to journey on the fertility side, The fertility center of New mexico and Dr. Thompson are the ONLY option for exceptional care!

Do NOT recommend. This place makes you feel like you’re a cash cow. They make things seem So easy and don’t really give you the true statistics of their outcomes. The staff there is less than friendly, Lack compassion. The nurse practitioner and doctor make you feel like it’s a factory.

It's been a few years since I was a patient at this clinic. I received no answers or explanation as to why my husband and I could not conceive. I understand that unidentified infertility is a thing, but we received no advice or any helpful information. We proceeded with 4 rounds of iui and it was not successful. We were both young, but I feel like they were not at all helpful and that our age could have played a role win that. Fast forward 3 years later, we recently started trying through a different clinic. A decision that was really hard to make after our last experience. I requested my medical records from the fertility center of New Mexico in January. My husband had to call a couple weeks later to see where they were, we finally received them first week of March. I opened my records and read through them and discovered there was a diagnosis for myself that NO ONE EVER TOLD ME ABOUT. I'm honestly devastated. I knew our experience there was not great but didn't ever think there could be information that was withheld from me. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

After experiencing failed attempts at another fertility clinic in Albuquerque, we decided to start treatment with Dr. Thompson. At the previous fertility clinic, I had been put through many invasive, traumatic medical procedures that now looking back on it, I question whether those were really necessary and ultimately we ended up without a baby. I was so messed up after that experience that I had to seek out trauma therapy. My experience with Dr. Thompson and his staff was completely different. He and his staff were kind, caring and empathic. During and prior to procedures I would become highly anxious and distressed due to my previous experience and he and his staff went above and beyond to be gentle and patient with me. Through our treatment with Dr. Thompson we also discovered a previously undiagnosed blood clotting issue. Once this was treated and we went through successful egg retrievals, we ended up getting pregnant. I regret not going to this clinic in the first place. Many thanks to Dr. Thompson and his wonderful staff for helping us create a family of our own!

I switched to Dr. Thompson after having a horrible experience in another facility. I am glad I did because, since the beginning, my experience with Dr. Thompson and the nurses was great. Thanks to him, my husband and I are expecting our first baby. They treated me very well and always answered all my questions when I called them with my concerns. I have always felt cared for and listened to. Also, they took care of my unborn baby very well. Now that “I graduated” from the Fertility Center, I miss that friendly and close attention. Thank you for taking care of me and my baby!
