Nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Schon. Her professionalism, expertise, care and compassion have made this incredibly challenging process full of hope and heartbreak more tolerable. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone undergoing this journey. And so much love to the nurses who treated us with extra compassion after our two miscarriages. Thank you for all you do.

Nurses are awesome with responding back quickly. The process I have been going through is unbelievable..so long and things for no reason I came to get the extra help I needed and I'm going through the process that I went through to get here all over again seem like I'm getting the ring around. I've only seen my "dr" for the first video call and that's it .. I'm only here because of va and this place is 3hrs from my hours .. not worth it.. looking for other options.

First of all, the technicians who perform ultrasounds are fine, I have not had an issue with any of them. Here's the bad stuff.... The lady at the front desk didn't know anything about the genetic screening test. She said to take it home and send it back when complete... WRONG! I had to call about it when I got home and I had to drive back to the clinic to get my blood drawn. I live over an hour from there, so if only the desk gal had told me accurate info. Also, they say they only can schedule in the morning hours and give you whatever appointment time they feel like. I have asked for later appointments and they just flat out say, "no." They don't care about your life outside of the clinic!

My wife and I started treatment here and once we got the estimated cost for IVF we decided to go abroad and seek treatment in Greece. Now that we are back and had follow up blood tests that we needed for the Dr in Greece now UofM has completely blocked us from any treatment. They said that once we left their facility and enlisted another Dr for help they will not care for us any longer....... This place is like all the rest, they only want your cash they do not care about your health.

I’m a current patient and not very happy with this clinic. There is no continuation of care, I’m not even sure who the dr overseeing my care is. Every visit is a different person. Because they’re not familiar with my medical history they keep suggesting treatment which isn’t applicable to me, which is frustrating. I feel like I’m managing my own care plan which makes me loose faith in having successful outcomes. They are also insensitive to secondary infertility and don’t allow children into the clinic. I went through fertility treatment with my first child, and had a better experience with that clinic, (but unfortunately moved states). The other clinic had one Dr overseeing my care from first consultation to confirming the heartbeat, and allowed children at appointments.
