Please, do yourself a favor and don't go here for fertility care. My husband and I just got off the phone with the manager, Jen, who not only threatened to hang up on us when we tried voicing our concerns, etc. Jen also questioned our intelligence of "not understanding the process of IVF." We do understand, however a lot of information on actually getting the procedure DONE has been left out for the past 2 years. After IUI cycles, after trying naturally with the help of medication. We were told we were on the wait list for IVF while doing the IUI and naturally, now all of a sudden we're not? And being called stupid by Jen for not knowing this. We had our consult for IVF and never heard back from anyone after that so yes we called and tried figuring out what is going on. Yes, we were upset. Anyone going through this would be for obvious reasons. We are upset because we feel we are running out of time to have kids now. (Been trying for a total of over 6 years). We have stressed the time we feel we don't have with the nurses at Generations. No one seems to actually care and when we spoke to Jen tonight on the phone, that was confirmed. How can the nurses care if their manager doesn't? (How does this heartless woman have a job? 😳) We were told by one of the nurses that my husband and I have a very high chance of becoming pregnant naturally because they see no issues with our reproductive systems, his sperm count, etc. However, I had to go to my primary doctor to get a referral to see if I have Endometriosis. All of the nurses I've seen at Generations are saying everything looks good but I am in serious pain each menstrual cycle which I have also communicated with the nurses at Generations. To make matters worse, I am still being prescribed fertility medication to help with ovulation which can only make Endometriosis pain worse. This is not my profession. I should be able to trust the nurses that specialize in this field to actually help my husband and I. To come up with a plan and have clear communication the whole way through this difficult journey. I should not need to dig for my own information or bother my primary doctor over these issues we are having because the nurses at Generations don't care. I am saddened by the time wasted that we can't get back. We are probably going to end up doing foster care instead of having our own kids now because of the amount of trust we put into this clinic. I am heart broken that I will probably never have my own child now because of the negligence from Generations. Please don't be a victim to this awful facility.

I highly recommend this clinic. From the very beginning Jasmin Barthel has been AMAZING. She is not too pushy and I honestly feel like for the first time going to a Fertility clinic I am actually getting listened to. I’ve gone to 2 other clinics and I felt so uncomfortable and pressured. At Generations Fertility there is no pressure! I drive 1.5 hours to this clinic and it is WORTH the drive! Staff is amazing and truly care about you.

Thank you, Generations! You made my dreams come true, and then some! I know I beat the odds, but it happened for me on the first try of IVF! And with TWINS! Again, I know I beat the odds, but it wasn't all chance either. There are good people here who know what they're doing! Dr. Laura Cooney, Lisa, Robin and Chris at the front desk, and all the wonderful nurses, doctors, and medical team (whom I can't recall at this moment by name) that helped me and my husband conceive after over five years of trying on our own - THANK YOU. It wasn't easy and there were times I thought some members of staff could have been a bit more friendly or helpful, but I can't imagine the stress for everyone involved due to the emotional nature of what they're trying to accomplish. And, honestly, that's very nit-picky when you think of what they made happen for me and my husband. I am so grateful and cannot say enough good things about the miracles these wonderful people create, when you feel like there's no hope. Dr. Cooney was so wonderful - she listened to me and my husband and did everything to support how we wanted to proceed. Her and her supporting staff helped to explain every step of the process. Thank you, Generations! Thank you for the two beautiful babies you helped me my husband create! I wish I could attach a pic with them wearing their little Generations onesies ❤️

When I first met with the doctors at this clinic I was informed that it would be "easy" for my significant other and I to conceive with the clinics help. However after 8 months of working with the clinic multiple visits weekly , tons of medications , and thousands of dollars out of pocket, the team informed me that they couldn't figure out why I couldn't conceive. The team was willing to keep trying even though it was not working.I felt like they just wanted to keep taking my money :( I really wish there were more fertility clinics and options in the area because all families deserve the proper care and respect while going through such an emotional and stressful journey. a couple things the clinic never informed me of: 1. FMLA paper work for all the appointments you will attend weekly on a short notice. 2. Psychiatry services at generations to support you with the journey. Please do your research and trust your gut feeling :)

Beware of being billed more than they ask you at the clinic during your visit. We had several appointments with them in February, and a few days ago I received a charge of $61 which indicated that we had not paid. We talked to Jessica and she gave us the wrong date and different exam. We confirmed that we have the receipt for the exam cost and we paid $305. She insisted that the bill got somehow mixed with some other payments or that they charged us on the 'lower end'. No idea what it means but in general, I am very disappointed with how they handle the billing. We prepaid everything that they asked us prior to seeing the physician or going to consultation, yet they sent us this charge that it has not been paid. I found it very unprofessional and would recommend anyone to stay away from the clinic if you don't want to get billed TWICE. The reasons that they give you make no sense at all. Pretty disappointing that they serve the Middleton community and the University community. Find some other clinic which is more reliable and reasonably priced. Otherwise, good luck with being billed twice and keep receiving bills after 6 months.
