Dr Megan Link is AMAZING! She is super thorough in her consultations, explaining every step, every medication, what it's for, the reason for every test, just fantastic!! Im a medically quite complicated case, and she seems enthusiastic to figure out the best way to navigate all the complications! I will update as I continue this process!

We've been to a few different fertility clinics in Utah and the U is hands down the best. We had appointments with each doctor here and loved each of them. All of the nurses are SO kind, professional, and helpful. The nurses are great and prompt communicators and we often had responses to questions within just hours. The billing department was also responsive and helpful with all of our questions. The price of IVF is better here than at any of the other clinics we went to or looked into. Cannot recommend the U enough. Incredible and attentive care, great communication, transparent billing. Thank you, UCRM!

To the clinic: please make sure your Google info is correct. I looked up reproductive clinics in Orem and a result popped up for a U of U reproductive clinic in Orem. Unbeknownst to me, this clinic didn't exist: the address provided was for the Parkway Health Center, but the phone number was for the reproductive clinic in Salt Lake (this one). I called the number and scheduled an initial virtual consultation. The people I spoke with over the phone seemed professional and knowledgeable, which is why I'll give the clinic three stars. The consultation cost around $250. When I tried to schedule a follow-up appointment, I found out that the Orem clinic didn't exist and I'd have to come to Salt Lake for in-person treatment. This is $250 down the drain for me because 1) I don't want to travel that far for treatment and 2) if I had seen the reviews for this clinic, I never would have scheduled an initial appointment. So that was a very frustrating experience.

They don’t care about you AT ALL. They just want your money. They are impossible to reach by phone and don’t respond to messages. I do like the actual doctor, but just about every interaction with clinic stuff is frustrating to the point of tears. Multiple times they’ve put me in the position where I’m at risk of losing a pregnancy because they refuse to refill medications in adequate quantity to get you to the date where you are required to take them. And they always say it’s your fault for waiting, even though you can try reaching out days in advance and never get a response.

My husband and I wasted over a year and a half here. The team kept suggesting IUI’s without bothering to do further testing. I have to BEG to get a scheduled appointment with my actual doctor and what I wanted to discuss at that appointment (IVF) I was told I would need to schedule a different appointment. There was no consistency of providers or staff. Excuse me when I am paying for private health care, I want to see the same nurse twice, not be passed around. Appointments were always 30 minutes behind. Spent five minutes with a new Dr. At a different clinic in town and within 5 minutes had a new diagnosis and was told IUI would never work. All the new Dr. Did was read my history. I never felt cared for at the U and warn people all the time they will just feel like a number.
