I can’t speak high enough about this clinic. Everyone is so welcoming and compassionate and truly seem to want to see you succeed. We switched to them from the other clinic in town and wish we would have started with them to begin with. Both Dr. Pritts and Dr. Odgen are truly so kind, supportive and just overall amazing doctors. They helped me get pregnant after over 3 years of no success and I can’t thank them enough. Dr. Ogden has even gone out of her way to text me wondering how things are going. I’d you’re contemplating fertility treatment, this is your place!

This review is for experience in 2018 which was pleasant. Supportive and incredible Dr.Pritts and nurses, smooth and comfortable process.

Dr. Pritts is everything I could ask for in a doctor- caring, intelligent, compassionate, attentive. She held my hands a cried with me when my first successful transfer ended in loss. She helped me make the best decisions for myself to move forward with a second transfer. A little over 3 weeks ago I gave birth the to most perfect little boy. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Pritts and Wisconsin Fertility Institute- they helped make our dreams come true after 7 years of trying.

Soon as you walk in the door gotta have that money ready or they won’t even look at you. They never took the time to care about me as a patient. I had an IUI done and it was so rushed, I was in so much pain I was throwing up everywhere and the doctor had zero sympathy for me and just walked away. It was the worst pain I ever experienced in my life and had to go through. The doctor did not care. I don’t like working with a clinic that only seems to care about money.

We worked with them for 2 years. We never met a doctor in that time, other than a quick 20 min phone call for $200. After switching to a different clinic, we found out that we were on double than the allowed amount of a medication. We should have been switched to a different medication instead of just increasing the one that didn't work for us, but without any doctor support or supervision we were making guesses for ourselves. It was a waste of 2 years and we are starting over fresh with UW. The nurses as WFI were very kind, but they were used as doctors and they just don't know what the best treatment plan would be so we were all just guessing together- so awful!
